Here’s a list of stores that will match Costco’s prices

While a $55 annual membership to Costco can pay for itself in just a few purchases — and save you a lot of money over time — maybe you don’t love the shopping experience there or you just want to get everything in one trip to another store.

Well, a lot of retailers will now match Costco prices on a variety of items — you just have to prove that it’s the exact same item that’s available at the warehouse club at a cheaper price.

So if there’s something you want to buy at another store and you found it cheaper at Costco, just make sure to save the proof from the website on your smartphone (or some other way) to show at checkout.

Here’s a list of some of the stores that will now match Costco’s prices:

  • Best Buy: According to the website, ‘We do match the prices of Warehouse clubs as long as the Warehouse club is a local retail competitor, has an identical immediately available product and all other price match criteria are met.’
  • Fry’s Electronics
  • Home DepotAccording to the website, ‘If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any local retailer, we will match the price and beat it by 10%… Online purchases are subject to price match only.’
  • Lowe’sLowe’s will also take 10% off Costco’s prices. According to the company’s website, ‘If you find a lower everyday price on an identical item at a local retail competitor, just bring us the competitor’s current ad, and we’ll beat their price by 10%.’

  • Target
  • Walmart
