If you’re trying to watch what you eat, then you’ll want to stay away from the ‘winners’ of the 2016 Xtreme Eating Awards.
The Center for Science in the Public Interest has once again identified chain restaurant meals with a shocking number of calories, fat, sugar and sodium — sometimes more than a day’s worth in one meal!

There are online calculators to determine your individual needs, but 2,000 calories a day is a good rough estimate. Using a calorie calculator can help you figure out your personal optimal calorie intake, based on factors like your age and level of physical activity.
And even though it’s clear that several of the appetizers, entrees and desserts listed below are meant to be shared, the 2,000+ calorie counts are still pretty staggering!
